Diving Lessons For All!
Beginner Lessons Are Open!
Our diving lessons in the Spokane area are designed to give divers the basics and the confidence to learn more. Lessons cover the basics of how to jump off the diving board, enter the water, and learn to take off for diving! Lessons are open to all ages and skill levels. Our only requirement for entering lessons is that divers should be able to swim independently in the deep end of the pool.
Our diving lessons are based on the number of practices attended per week.
Beginners classes - 1 day a week, $60/month - 1hr
Beginners classes - 2 days a week, $80/month - 1hr each day.
JO Development Team (Invitation or Test) $100/month - 2x a week, 1.5hrs each day.
JO Competition Team (Invitation or Test) $120/month - 3x a week, 2.5hrs each day.
Our practices are held Monday through Thursday with varying times starting at 5pm, and on Saturdays from 9-11 am.

Lessons are held at EWU because it is the only facility in Spokane County with indoor diving boards. This highlights a real need
for more public aquatic facilities in the Spokane area with access to diving boards.
