Team Levels

We coach aspiring divers of all ages and ability levels. Our program offers a range of introductory diving lessons for beginners to serious training that involves lengthy in-water and dryland sessions for elite and experienced divers. For organizational purposes, each diver will be categorized into Teams containing members of like ages, abilities, desires, and commitments. Additionally, athletes will never practice for more than their abilities allow.

Regardless of which team level your diver is, they are allowed to compete at competitions because most competitions allow for novice divers to compete their skills.
