The Only Advanced Diving Clinic in Eastern Washington

Diving at a high level requires precision. At our clinics, you aren’t just a number in a crowd. We provide the region’s only specialized environment for athletes who are serious about their progress.

To maintain the highest level of coaching efficiency, we cap every session at 6 divers. This allows for:

  • Constant Expert Feedback:
    Immediate correction on every dive.

  • More Repetitions:
Less time waiting on the ladder, more time on the board.

  • Individual Focus:
A training plan customized to your High School or Club list.

Minimal Travel Required: Stop looking for elite clinics across the state or country. We provide dryland and water practice right here in Cheney. With accessible clinic times, you can be back home everyday
even if you’re coming from Moses Lake or the Tri-Cities.
