Year-Round Programming
We coach aspiring divers of all ages and ability levels. Our program offers a range of introductory diving lessons for beginners to serious training that involves lengthy in-water and dryland sessions for elite and experienced divers. For organizational purposes, each diver will be categorized into one of these programs. Additionally, athletes will never practice for more than their abilities allow. Regardless of which program your diver is participating in, they are allowed to compete at competitions because most competitions allow for novice divers to compete their skills.
Our year-round programming is available on a rolling basis, meaning your diver may start anytime! Our highest competitive group however does start in September and runs through June. Additionally, to offset some costs we have been able to develop a limited scholarship program

Novice and Learn to Dive Program
Our diving lessons in the Spokane area are designed to give divers the basics and the confidence to learn more. Lessons cover the basics of how to jump off the diving board, enter the water, and learn to take off for diving! Lessons are open to all ages and skill levels. Our only requirement for entering lessons is that divers should be able to swim independently in the deep end of the pool. Our recreational group is designed to instruct fundamental skills as well as introduce anyone in the sport of diving. Emphasis is placed on having fun and being safe. Divers in this group will be allowed to compete at any meet we attend and will typically compete in what is called the Novice or Future Champions levels.
Divers who show skill aptitude and willingness to try new skills may be asked to participate more often and with the competitive group.
The novice group typically practices twice a week for one-hour at a practice.
