Learn to Dive Summer Camps

Dive into summer fun with Inland Empire Diving's Learn-to-Dive Camps.

Designed for beginners, these camps teach foundational diving skills like front and back dives, jumps, and somersaults. Coached by experienced instructors, these camps offer a safe and supportive environment for divers to develop confidence, resilience, and bravery.

  • All divers will be learning how to safely perform the basic skills necessary for front and back dives.

    Skills will include front and back jumps. These jumps are in various positions (tuck, pike, and straight) as well as, jumps with twists.

    Divers will also learn how to enter head first into the water, which is taught with line-ups (fall-ins). These lead into dives with a jump.

    Divers who show skill will safely progress their dives by somersaulting or flipping. Exceptional divers with skills may be introduced to inward and reverse (gainer) dive categories.

  • Divers who register for our camps should be able to swim independently. Divers will be given a swim test on day one, if unable to complete, they will not be able to participate in the camp.

    We have no age requirements, but we recommend about 6 years old.

  • We recommend that all campers bring the following;

    1. Sunscreen!!

    2. A one piece swim suit or swim trunks that fit well.

    3. Towel

    We do not use goggles in diving, so we discourage their use if possible.

  • Yes! We have a limited number of scholarships available. Additionally, with Teamsnap, you can setup a payment plan so that registration is easier.

    A sibling or multiple camp discount is automatically applied if more than one camp is in your Teamsnap “shopping cart”. This applies to siblings or multiple camps.
