Breakdown of practice schedule by program.

Novice Program

• Mon/Wed 4:30-5:30pm - EWU Aquatic Center

• Tue/Thu 4:30-5:30pm - EWU Aquatic Center

Cancellation of practices;

Practices will typically run with a minimum of 2 confirmed divers. Practices are canceled if there is only one attendee unless otherwise arranged.

Recreational Program

• Mon/Wed 5:30-7pm - EWU Aquatic Center

• Tue/Thu 5:30-7pm - EWU Aquatic Center

• Dryland training optional, done on opposite day of water practice or replaces a water practice

Junior Olympic Program

• Monday Dryland 5:30-7pm - Chasing Gravity

• Tuesday 5:30-8pm - EWU Aquatic Center

• Wednesday 5:30-7pm Add-on Practice (optional) - EWU Aquatic Center

• Thursday 5:30-8pm - EWU Aquatic Center

• Thursday Dryland - 12 and Under JO - 5:30-7pm - Chasing Gravity

• Saturday 8-10am - EWU Aquatic Center
